Introduction

Gordon's Bay is located in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs between beautiful and popular Coogee and Clovelly beaches.

Since March 2005 the Gordon's Bay Scuba Diving Club has been working on a proposal to obtain and scuttle a decommissioned navy ship at a suitable location off Sydney. The purpose of the proposal is to provide a recreational dive location, marine research facility, and artifical reef to provide marine habitat.
